Do you, your friends or family live further than a comfortable car ride from our headquarters in Port Stephens? Don’t let distance stand in the way of accessing our detailed and individualised programs. A growing number of clients is opting for a live streaming-style consultation via Zoom.

Through this medium we can discuss your needs, map out a plan for management and demonstrate training techniques, all in front of your computer screen. Following the consultation you will be sent a comprehensive email containing resources related to your needs, along with a training plan. Our VIP Program

Follow our courses through to the 3^rd adolescent level which is called “Off Leash and Trick Training” to become a Barkers in Balance VIP. If you follow all our courses through, starting from Puppy School, your dog becomes a Gold VIP. Following through from Good Manners Level 1 entitles your dog to become a Silver VIP. What are the advantages to you and your dog? Your dog will have unlimited access to all our adolescent classes for half price. After just one ‘home session visit’ with Julie regarding our deep-set concerns with our 4 year old Lhasa Apso, Oscar, Julie has made such a difference to ours and Oscar’s life!
